The Finchley Memorial Hospital is a National Health Service community hospital in Granville Road, north Finchley, London N12 0JE.
The hospital does not include an accident and emergency department.

History
The hospital was originally established as the Finchley Cottage Hospital which opened with 18 beds in 1908 and was renamed the Finchley Memorial Hospital in 1922. The original hospital was paid for out of subscriptions and the later extensions raised to form a memorial for the Finchley dead of the First World War.
