Forrest Baugher (born December 29, 1934) is a retired politician and electrician in the American state of Washington.
He served in the Washington House of Representatives from 1985 to 1991 for District 15, encompassing the Yakima Valley and parts of Benton County, as a Democrat.[1] Prior to his term in the House, Baugher was an electrician, and served on the Govemor's Electrical Licensing Board for four years.[2] He was born and raised in Wapato, Washington.
He is married to Norma and has two daughters, Jeanne and Sandra.[3] With his wife, he operates an orchard in Parker, Washington.[2]
