Frank D. Stafford was an American physician and politician who served in the Vermont House of Representatives and as the fourth and sixth Mayors of North Adams, Massachusetts.
Early life
Stafford was born to Joel C. and Jane A. (Stroud) Stafford[2] in Stamford, Vermont.[2] on August 15, 1856.[2] Stafford attended the local public schools.[1][2] Stafford attended Williamstown High School in Williamstown, Massachusetts.[1]
Marriage
Stafford married Flora A. Ballou, the daughter of Hosea B. and Adeline (Murdock) Ballou in Whitingham, Vermont[1]
