History
The company was founded in Luxembourg in 2004 as Gaming VC Holdings, and has expanded through the acquisitions of Sportingbet in October 2012[2] and Bwin.Party Digital Entertainment in February 2016.[3]
Operations
GVC trades under a number of brands, including bwin, Sportingbet, PartyPoker, PartyCasino and Foxy Bingo.
