The Gaomi Railway Station (Chinese: 高密站; pinyin: Gāomì zhàn) is a railway station found in Gaomi, a county-level city under the administration of Weifang, Shandong. It currently lies on the Qingdao–Jinan High-Speed Railway.
Service
All types of trains stop at Gaomi Station, ranging from the common trains (denoted without a letter) to the high-speed trains (denoted with a "G"). The common trains mainly offer service throughout Shandong province, with destinations such as Cao County, Qingdao, and Yantai. A couple of trains also provide service to Shijiazhuang in Hebei province and Zhengzhou in Henan province.
High-speed trains also often stop at Gaomi, as it lies on the Jiaozhou–Jinan High-Speed Railway. Most of these trains go to either terminal, the Qingdao Railway Station or the Jinan Railway Station, however a few trains do extend beyond the railway. The G236 train, the only "G"-level train, travels to Shanghai. A few "D"-trains also go to Tianjin and Beijing.[1]
