Gephyromantis leucomaculatus, commonly known as the White-spotted Madagascar Frog, is a species of frog in the Mantellidae family. It is endemic to Madagascar. Its natural habitat is subtropical or tropical moist lowland forests. It is threatened by habitat loss.
