Giovanni Moretti (born 20 November 1923) is an Italian prelate of the Roman Catholic Church.
Moretti was born in Meina and ordained a priest on 28 June 1947. Moretti was appointed titular bishop of the Vartana as well as Apostolic Pro-Nuncio of Thailand; Apostolic Delegate to Malaysia, Singapore, Laos on 9 September 1971 and ordained a bishop on 24 October 1971. Moretti was appointed Apostolic Pro-Nuncio to Sudan on 13 March 1978 followed by Egypt in 1984. Moretti was appointed Apostolic Nuncio to Belgium and Luxembourg on 15 July 1989 and retired from the Luxembourg and Belgium Nunciatures on 3 March 1999.
