Gmina Stegna is a rural gmina (administrative district) in Nowy Dwór Gdański County, Pomeranian Voivodeship, in northern Poland. Its seat is the village of Stegna, which lies approximately 13 kilometres (8 mi) north of Nowy Dwór Gdański and 32 km (20 mi) east of the regional capital Gdańsk.
The gmina covers an area of 169.57 square kilometres (65.5 sq mi), and as of 2006 its total population is 9,519.
