Golden Way UAV is a Chinese UAV developed by Beijing Golden Way Scientific Co. Ltd. (Golden Way, 北京欧普特科技有限公司), a company originally in the business of optical equipment, including those used by UAVs, and the company has recently expanded its business into producing and marketing UAVs.
UV10
UV10 UAV was originally developed by Beijing Microfly Engineering Technology Co. Ltd. (Microfly, 北京迈凯飞工程技术有限公司) and under the agreement reached between Golden Way and Microfly, Golden Way becomes responsible of manufacturing and marketing UV10, while Microfly would concentrate on Microfly UV20CAM/HS/VID by using Golden Way’s production facility for UV10. UV10 is a fixed wing UAV in conventional layout with high wing configuration and triclycle landing gear mounted on a cylindrical fuselage with V-tail. Propulsion is provided by a two-blade propeller driven tractor engine mounted in the nose. UV10 adopts modular design concept so that different engine can be adopted for different missions, such as long range of high elevation versions.[1] UV10 can either take-off conventionally by taxiing or by catapult.
