Grand Merdeka is a mixed development projects comprising shopping centre, offices and mixed multi-storey in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah, Malaysia.^[1] The projects is modelled after the infrastructures in Mutiara Damansara, Selangor.^[2] Its shopping mall building was completed in early 2016.^[3] While the rest of the project was due to be fully completed in 2017.
