Gringo: The Dangerous Life of John McAfee is a Showtime documentary about the portion of John McAfee's life spent in Belize. McAfee became a millionaire after creating a prominent antivirus software, but went into hiding when his neighbor was murdered. The film was directed by Nanette Burstein and is set to premiere on September 24, 2016.[1] McAfee described the documentary as fiction.[2]
