Guia Maria Tagliapietra (born 11 August 1998) is an Italian figure skater. She is the 2014 Italian national junior champion and 2013 Italian national junior silver medalist. She is also the 2015 Sarajevo Open champion. She placed 15th at the 2015 World Junior Championships in Tallinn, Estonia.[1]
