Hadia Hussein

Hadia Hussein (born 1956) is an Iraqi writer.[1] She has published many works of fiction, including novels and short story collections. Her 2015 novel Riyam and Kafa was nominated for the Arabic Booker Prize. Her works have been translated into a number of European languages.

Hussein lives in Canada.
