Hai'an County (simplified Chinese: 海安县; traditional Chinese: 海安縣; pinyin: Hǎi'ān Xiàn) is under the administration of Nantong, Jiangsu province, China, and is the northernmost division of Nantong City.
The total area of the county is 1169 square kilometers and in 2001 the population was 959,800. The postal code is 226600 and the telephone code is 0513.
Hai'an county includes 14 towns. They are Hǎi'ān, Lǎobàgǎng, Jiǎoxié, Lǐbǎo, Xīchǎng, Dàgōng, Chéngdōng, Sūnzhuāng, Yǎzhōu, Qūtáng, Hújí, Nánmò, Báidiàn and Dūntóu.
