Hanis Farhana Shamsul Azizan (born 10 November 1992) is a Malaysian women's international futsal player who plays as a midfielder. She is a member of the Malaysia women's national futsal team. She was part of the team winning the bronze medal at the 2013 Southeast Asian Games.[1] On club level she played for PKNS FC in Selangor.
