Hans von Hallwyl (1835–1909)
- Not to be confused with the medieval soldier and commander Hans von Hallwyl (1433–1504).
Hans Theodor Hugo von Hallwyl (28 December 1835 – 16 June 1909, Überlingen; now lying in Bern und Brugg) was a Swiss politician, who headed the Conseil d'Etat of the Aargau canton from 1866 to 1875.
