Henry Stokes Tiffen
Henry Stokes Tiffen (1816–1896) was a notable New Zealand surveyor, pastoralist, land commissioner, politician, community leader, horticulturist and entrepreneur. He was born in Hythe, Kent, England in 1816.[1]
