Holy Cross School (Holy Cross Matriculation Higher Secondary School) is a primary, secondary and higher secondary Catholic school founded in Salem, Tamil Nadu, India by the Congregation of Holy Cross in 1963. It is a boys' school, and also runs a hostel.
Clubs
The school has many Clubs.Computer Club, English Literary Association, History and Geography Club, Economic Club, Junior Jaycee, Nature Club, Maths Club, Science Club, Interact Club, Philately Club, Health Club, Quiz Club that provides facilities for students to develop their skills in activities other than academic. Every student is expected to become member of at least two clubs.

Co-Curricular Activities
The cultural festival, fondly known as Kalothsav, is a testimony to the multifaceted educational ethos of Holy Cross. In keeping with the tradition of Holy Cross as path breakers and pioneers, Kalothsav, the interschool cultural competitions, came into existent three decades ago to provide avenues to the student fraternity of Salem to showcase their talents and capabilities.
The term Kalothsav encompasses a multiple cultural activities.
- Kalothsav Kids – the interschool cultural competition for LKG & UKG kids
- Kalothsav Junior – the interschool cultural competition for students of 1st to 5th Std.
- Kalothsav Senior – the interschool cultural competition for High School and Higher Secondary School students
Kalothsav GrandNights – A platform for the interschool winners to showcase their skills to the citizens of Salem.
