Howard Cecil Alloo (28 April 1895 – 23 October 1989) played first-class cricket for Otago in New Zealand from 1919 to 1929. His highest score was 62 against Wellington in 1922-23.[1]
His brothers Arthur and Albert also played for Otago.
In World War I Howard Alloo served overseas in the Otago Infantry Battalion as a sergeant.[2]
