Howard Taylor (5 April 1908 30 December 1985) was an English cricketer. Taylor was a right-handed batsman who bowled right-arm medium pace. He was born at Charlton, London.

Taylor made his first-class debut for Kent against Yorkshire in the 1937 County Championship. He made two further first-class appearances for the county in that season, against Glamorgan and Somerset.[1] In his three first-class appearances for Kent, Taylor scored a total of 53 runs at an average of 8.83, with a high score of 29.[2] With the ball, he took 2 wickets at a bowling average of 60.50, with best figures of 1/34.[3]

He died at Tunbridge Wells, Kent on 30 December 1985.
