"Hung Up" is a song by Paul Weller released in 1994. The song was Weller's first top ten hit in seven years.[1] The song is written from the viewpoint of an old man refusing to admit defeat.[2] The lyrics begin "Hidden in the back seat of my head / Some place, I can't remember where."[3]
The single was re-released as a track on Modern Classics: The Greatest Hits.[4]
