Huvi Hjalmar Tuiskunen (22 July 1872 31 March 1930) was a Finnish sport shooter who competed at the 1908 Summer Olympics and at the 1912 Summer Olympics.[1]

He was born in Orimattila and died in Lahti.

In 1908 he was a member of the Finnish team which finished eighth in the team free rifle competition. He also participated in the 300 metre free rifle event and finished 37th.

Four years later he was part of the Finnish team which finished fifth in the team free rifle competition. In the 300 metre free rifle, three positions event he finished 39th and in the 100 metre running deer, single shots competition he finished 21st.
