Idalus vitrea is a moth of the family Erebidae. It was described by Cramer in 1780. It is found in Mexico, Guatemala, Honduras, Costa Rica, Panama, Paraguay, Peru, French Guiana, Bolivia, Brazil, and Venezuela.[1][2]
