Imtiaz Ahmed is a Bangladeshi diplomat.
- On January 21, 1986 he entered the diplomatic service of Bangladesh.
- From September 2006 to August 2009 he was Ambassador (C-Grade/B-Grade) in Kathmandu, (Nepal).
- From September 2009 to September 2010 he was Ambassador (B-Grade) in Stockholm, (Sweden).
- From July 10, 2010 to April 28, 2013 he was ambassador in Thimphu (Bhutan).
- From May 5, 2013 to September 27, 2016 he was ambasador to Lisbon (Portugal).[1]
- Since September 27, 2016 he is appointed ambassador to Berlin (Germany).[2]
