Insurance agents and brokers in Iran

Following to Insurance law in Iran, both "1- insurance companies" & "2- central insurance of Iran (Bimeh Markazi Iran)" may issue certificate for people and companies to offering insurance services.

1- Insurance companies have certificate to issue agents for himself that is registered insurance agent of Bimeh Iran insurance company in Iran.

2- Insurance broker s in Iran have to take certificate from Bimeh Markazi Iran , that take certificate from central insurance of Iran as insurance broker for offering all kind of policies from all of Iranian insurance companies.
