The International Biennale Artists is a worldwide group of over 1200 artists, founded in 2009 by artist Elisha Ben Yitzhak. The group main goals are to establish dialogs among artists, arrange group shows around the world, to promote the works of individual artists and to support each other.

Background

The International Biennale Artists was founded in 2009 at the Florence Biennale art exhibition, in Italy. The artist Elisha Ben Yitzhak, who exhibited in the Florence Biennale, decided to gather the 77 artists that participated in the Florence Biennale Exhibit and form a group which will support each other. Artist Alicia Herrera Torres worked along with Elisha Ben Yitzhak and was an instrumental force behind the International Biennale Artists. At start, the core group included only U.S artists, and later on, the group grew with artists from all over the world.

Since 2009 more than 1,200 international artists have joined the group. Before joining the group, each artist’s works are carefully examined to ensure that quality and standard maintained. Among them are the artists Katrin Alvarez, Pascal Lecocq and Corinne Whitaker.

The group had art shows at the Broadway Gallery in New York, Nina Torres Gallery in Miami,[1] Gora Gallery in Montreal, LuminArte Gallery in Dallas, LMNT Gallery in Miami and at the Iron Side Miami.
