International Labour Sports Federation

International Labour and Amateur Sports Confederation (French: Confédération Sportive Internationale Travailliste et Amateur), abbr. CSIT is an international labour movement and trade union sporting organisation, based in Vienna. It was founded in Brussels in 1946 as a successor of Socialist Workers' Sport International. CSIT was recognized by the International Olympic Committee in 1986.

Since CSIT's roots are in the Workers' Sport Movement founded in 1913, the federation is celebrating its 100th anniversary in 2013.

CSIT World Sports Games

The premier international multi-sport event under CSIT's care is called the CSIT World Sports Games.[1] The third edition of these Games takes place at Varna, Bulgaria, for 2013, to celebrate the centennial year of the organization itself.[2]
