IBOA The Finance Union - formerly Irish Bank Officials Association (IBOA) - is a trade union representing staff in the finance sector in the Republic of Ireland, Northern Ireland, and those employed by Irish financial institutions in Great Britain and overseas.
The head of the IBOA is the General Secretary, Larry Broderick.
