Dr Irwin Jayasuriya (also known as Victor Irwin Jayasuriya) is a former Chairman of Ceylon Transport Board.[1][2] In 2003, Jayasuiriya was awarded a Doctor of Philosophy in (Law) from the Trinity International University USA.[3]
