JMH Group
JMH FZCO is a privately owned business with governance, safety, and operating policies and procedures that would be found in “blue chip” public companies. With a turnover in excess of $600 million,[1] there is a major focus on cash and delivering performance to meet rigorous shareholder returns and ensure sustainable development.[2]
Group Activities
Currently, the Group activities comprise two main divisions:
- Construction – The group operates in the construction sector through Fosroc.[3] Fosroc is the foundation of the JMH FZCO and has doubled in turnover since 2002. It employs over 1700 employees in 17 Operating Companies based in Europe, the Gulf & Middle East, India, South Asia, and China.[4]
- Lifestyle – The group operates in this sector through JHM Lifestyle. JMH Lifestyle is a luxury group with a portfolio of brands positioned within the lifestyle and fashion sectors - Bernard Weatherill, Ray Ward and Haywards Guns.[5]
