Jaakko Eino Untamo Hallama (born 28 March 1917 in Kuopio, died 11 February 1996)[1] was a former Finnish Foreign Ministry official, who was the Minister of Foreign Affairs in the politically neutral cabinet of Reino Lehto.
Hallama served as the ambassador to the Soviet Union and Mongolia (1967-1970 and 1974-1996), Denmark (1970-1974) and Afghanistan (1975-1982).
His wife, Anita Hallama, was known for her longstanding relationship with President Urho Kekkonen.
