Location
The Jack Pine Conference is a high school athletic conference in northern lower Michigan made up of Class B and C schools. The sports involved include: Football, Basketball, Baseball, Softball, Wrestling, Volleyball, Track and Field, Cross Country, and Golf. Evart was the first team to drop out of the Jack Pine, then later followed by Coleman in 2002. When Coleman left the Jack Pine they were substituted by Gladwin Flying G's. To this day that's how the conference stands.
