James Taylor (cricketer, born 1846)
James Taylor (25 May 1846 – 16 August 1915) was an English cricketer active from 1871 to 1873 who played for Lancashire. He was born in Littleborough and died in Rochdale. He appeared in three first-class matches as a righthanded batsman who bowled right arm fast with a roundarm action. He scored 52 runs with a highest score of 33 and took no wickets with a best analysis of none for 13.[1]
