After two seasons with the Jets' American Hockey League affiliate, the St. John's IceCaps, Gregoire signed his first European contract with Södertälje SK of the Swedish second-tier league, the Allsvenskan, on August 6, 2013.[3] In his single season abroad, Gregoire produced 13 goals and 22 points in 39 games before finishing the season on loan to Allsvenskan rivals Rögle BK.
At the resumption of the 2014–15 season, Gregoire opted to return to North America as a free agent, signing a one-year contract with the Iowa Wild on October 14, 2014. He was initially assigned to the ECHL affiliate, the Alaska Aces, before regaining fitness and returning to the Wild.[4] Gregoire retired from hockey on September 8, 2015, and returned to college.[5]
