Jaulipokhari is a village development committee in Rolpa District in the Rapti Zone of north-eastern Nepal. At the time of the 1991 Nepal census it had a population of 3555 people living in 654 individual households.There are 9 ward no. 1,2 & 3 is lamidanda, 4 is danchot, 5 is Ramli, 6 is Lapal, 7,8 & 9 is uma. ^[1]
