Jean-Michel Labadie (born July 14, 1974) is a French musician best known as the bassist of metal band Gojira and previous bassist of Oihuka.[1]
Music
Labadie was influenced early on by bands such as Metallica, Sepultura and Pantera. As his taste expanded, he became immersed in the nu-metal movement, citing inspiration from Deftones and Korn. He is also influenced by death metal bands Morbid Angel and Cannibal Corpse.[2]
