Jelek (Kurdish- Gundê Çelkê غوندى سلكا) is an Assyrian village in the Barwari region of Iraqi Kurdistan in the Amedi District of Dohuk Governorate. It has around 100 houses, and a historic church on a mountain overlooking the valley which the village sits within.[1][2]
