Johannes Schulz (23 October 1892 – 27 November 1943) was a German officer in the Wehrmacht during World War II who commanded the 9th Panzer Division. He was a recipient of the Knight's Cross of the Iron Cross of Nazi Germany. Schulz was killed on 27 November 1943 north of Kryvyi Rih in the course of the Soviet Lower Dnieper Offensive. He was posthumously promoted to Generalmajor.
