John Gerard Sankey (born July 21) is an Australian heavy metal drummer, best known as the drummer for Devolved. He has also worked with numerous other bands including Divine Heresy and Fear Factory.
Career
Sankey has been working with Howard Jones (ex-Killswitch Engage, Blood Has Been Shed) and Francesco Artusato (All Shall Perish) in a new band, Devil You Know.[1][2]
In December 2015, John started a 'replacement' festival to the deminished Soundwave Festival, called Legion Music Fest. The first ever crowd-funded festival in Australia's history plans to go ahead in January 2017.
Personal Life
Sankey currently resides in Los Angeles, California.
