The Journal of Child Psychology and Psychiatry is a peer-reviewed scientific journal covering both child and adolescent psychology and psychiatry. It is the official journal of the Association for Child and Adolescent Mental Health[2] (formerly the "Association of Child Psychology and Psychiatry") and is published on their behalf by Wiley-Blackwell. From 1960 to 2004 it was entitled the Journal of Child Psychology and Psychiatry, and Allied Disciplines.
In 2015, ISI Journal Citation Reports ranked it 2/69 in Psychology Developmental journals, 6/76 in Psychology journals, and 8/136 in the category Psychiatry (Social Science); 10/140 (Psychiatry).[3] The JCPP Impact Factor for 2015 is 6.615.
