Juan Pablo Ballester Carmenates (born September 16, 1966 in Camagüey, Cuba) is a Cuban painter.
Ballester graduated in 1881 from the Instituto Superior de Arte (ISA in Havana, Cuba and was a member of the artistic group ABTV (1988–1992).
