Juuka (Swedish: Juga) is a municipality of Finland.

It is located in the province of Eastern Finland and is part of the North Karelia region. The municipality has a population of 5,022 (31 March 2016)[2] and covers an area of 1,846.57 square kilometres (712.96 sq mi) of which 344.78 km2 (133.12 sq mi) is water.[1] The population density is 3.34 inhabitants per square kilometre (8.7/sq mi).

The municipality is unilingually Finnish.

River Vaikkojoki (more than 60 km) goes from Lake Vaikkojärvi to Lake Rikkavesi, which is in Kaavi.
