Prof. K. P. S. Mahalwar, Chair Professor

Professor K. P. S. Mahalwar is Indian jurist presently working in National Law University, Delhi as a Head of a Chair professor, Justice Bodh Raj Sawhney Chair on Professional ethics.[1][2] He has previously worked as Head[3] and Dean[4] of the Law Department, Maharishi Dayanand University, Rohtak, India.[5][6] He has been distinguished invitees, Chief Guest, Guest of honor[7] in various universities. The Prof. K. P. S. Mahalwar, has published two books and 65 research papers and book reviews.[8][9][10] He has guided many Ph.D.'s.[11] He has participated and organised many seminars and conferences.[12][13] His one book is on Medical negligence and the law Published by Deep & Deep Publications, 1991 of 253 pages.[14][15] He is alumni of Chaudhary Charan Singh University, Meerut. He was awarde Ph.D. in 1987 by M.D.University, Rohtak. PG (LL.M.)in 1978 CCS University, Meerut UG(LL.B.)in 1976 Meerut University, Meerut and (B.Sc.)in 1973. He was appointed lecturer MDU, Rohtak in 1979. In 1990 as a Reader and Professor in 1999. He has been awarded Life Time Achievement award by AILTC in Dec., 2009. He has been associated with UGC, UPSC, various Universities of India in various capacities.[16]
