KVTX-LP is the Telemundo affiliate in Victoria, Texas. The station is owned by Saga Communications. It operates on UHF digital channel 45. KVTX-LP is carried as a digital subchannel on sister station KVCT. It used to be carried on other sister station KAVU-TV's digital signal.
The station is part of a group of television stations in Victoria that are owned by Saga, based at KAVU-TV. It has operated since the early 2000s.
KVTX upgraded to digital operations on October 2, 2009, while on this date, it also shut down & ceased operations of its analog signal.[1]
