Kaikaram is one of the major panchayats in the Unguturu mandal of West Godavari district, Andhra Pradesh, India. It was originally named Kaika Varam. Many freedom fighters who supported Mahatma Gandhi came from this village. The village has two beautiful ponds in the middle which serve the domestic needs of the villagers. The village is separated by western delta canal of River Godavari and has a beautiful bridge (constructed by the British Empire) connecting both sides of the village.
