Kaleybar County (Persian: شهرستان کلیبر) is a county in East Azerbaijan Province in Iran. The capital of the county is Kaleybar. In addition to the capital city, the county is noted for the Arasbaran forests protected area[1] and the Bazz Galasi, the fortress of Babak Khorramdin.[2]
At the 2006 census, the county's population (including those portions later split off to form Khoda Afarin County) was 87,259, in 19,250 families; excluding those portions, the population was 52,798, in 11,758 families.[3] The county is subdivided into two districts: the Central District and Abish Ahmad District. The county has two cities: Kaleybar and Abish Ahmad.

Kaleybar County is divided into two districts:
- Kaleybar Central District (Markazi) administered from Kaleybar;
- Abish Ahmad District with Abish Ahmad as its administrative seat
