Kapil Dev Aggarwal

Kapil Dev Aggarwal is an Indian politician. He is first time M.L.A. from Muzaffarnagar, Uttar Pradesh.[1][2]He belongs to Bhartiya Janta Party and he was also a former Chairman of Muzaffarnagar Nagar Palika.
