Route description
KY 1083 starts at a junction with the concurrent four-lane U.S. Route 68 (US 68) and KY 80 in Rockfield, just west of Bowling Green. It goes on a westerly path for the beginning, but it makes a turn to the north at Browning. It enters Butler County and intersects KY 1038 not too far from the Logan County line and its meeting point with Warren and Butler counties. KY 1083 then has a junction with KY 626. It then goes on a north-northeasterly path to intersect KY 3182, and then it ends at an intersection with US 231 near Sugar Grove.[2]
