Kentucky Route 1187 (KY 1187) is an east–west, rural, secondary state highway that is located entirely in Butler County in west-central Kentucky. In terms of local roads, the highway encompasses half of Silver City–Huntsville Road and all of Coal Road, both in western Butler County.
Route description
With its western terminus located at an intersection with KY 106, KY 1187 begins as Coal Road. It reaches Silver City and makes a turn at a junction with the very short KY 3205. KY 1187's eastern terminus is at an intersection with KY 1153 just southwest of Leetown.[2]
