Kesalingayapalli

Kesalingayapalli is one of the old villages in Mydukur Mandal, Kadapa District, Andhra Pradesh, India.

Overview

The village is 5 kilometres (3.1 mi) far from Mydukur. Other nearby villages include Bumayapalli, Bandivaripalli, Settivaripalli, Gangavaram, and Akkulayapalli. The population of the village is over 1,800. Most of the families are dependent on farming. Some of the major crops cultivated here includes wheat, jowar, bajra, maize, minor mallets, coarse grain, oilseeds, sugarcane, cotton, Chili pepper etc.

Kesalingayapalli is situated on highway connecting Mydukur to Porumammilla, so there would be no transportation problem for villagers.

Every three years the people in this village conduct Gangamma Tirunala, a festival is very popular in Mydukur Mandalam. Many people come from outside the village to enjoy this festival.

The Temple SriRama is old temple in this village so the people in this village are decided to build new temple with the estimated cost of this temple 50,00,000.(Fifty Lack Rupees) in 2011 started to build the temple., and built on 2014 with 80,00,000.(Eighty Lack Rupees).
